We know this form can look a little intimidating, but to ensure that we give you accurate advice it is essential to know what document(s) you have. Government departments and Embassies have very strict rules, and to be able to offer a 100% Acceptance Guarantee we have to know that we are giving you the right information.

Country of Issue: Most documents need to be sent to the country they were issued in. This tells us which government departments are required.
Destination Country: This lets us know which embassy needs to stamp your document(s).
Document Language: In some cases, translation may be needed as part of the attestation process.
Document Types: The attestation process is often determined by the type of document it is. This ensures we know which government departments need to see your document(s).
Additional Information: You may include anything else here that you feel may be useful, such as any steps in the attestation process that have already been completed.
Scan of your Document(s): This allows us to check your documents to ensure they can be attested. Certain document types have different versions, and others cannot be attested at all. This allows us to advise you correctly.
