We can also help you acquire replacement Spanish Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates if required, before attesting them for use in the UAE. What we do for youThe general process for attesting a document issued in Spain is as follows: To attest your Spanish Documents, we will require both the original certificate and a copy of your passport.
This is the general process for all Spanish Documents being attested for the UAE. However, different documents will have different requirements. For example, birth, marriage and death certificates first need to be legalised by the Regional Superior Court, and then by the Ministry of Justice, before the rest of the legalisation process can take place. If it is a University diploma, the steps to follow will depend on the type of diploma you have received; in some cases the primary legalization will have to be conducted at the Ministry of Education but in other cases the it will have to be notarised by a notary public and then by the Council of Notaries before the rest of the process can take place.
