Need to attest your French documents for the UAE? We can help!

Whether its a birth certificate, educational document, or any other type of document, Vital Certificates can help you legalise your official French-issued documents for use in the UAE.

When you choose Vital Certificates to handle your attestation it's really easy:

  1. Email your document(s) for us to check them over
  2. Send your original(s) to us
  3. Let us take care of everything else
  4. You receive your attested documents ready to use.

What We Do For You

To attest your French Documents, we will require both the original certificate and a copy of your passport.

  • Send us your documents or have them collected by our specially allocated couriers.
  • We'll have them sent safely to Paris, France where two things will happen:
  1. Your document will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where the legalisation procedure will begin.
  2. Secondly, your document will be sent to the UAE Embassy in Paris, where a Certificate of Legalisation will be added to the front page.
  • Finally, your document will be returned to the UAE and attested at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), before being translated from French into English. It will then be sent back to you (or anywhere else you might need), safe and sound.

This process may differ depending on the kind of document you're trying to attest. For example, birth/marriage/death certificates that need attesting must be no more than three months old, while educational documents must have a certified copy produced before they can be sent to be legalised. Certain documents may need to be sent to the Court of Appeal, rather than the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The final translation may even need notarising before it is accepted in the UAE. Please contact us with your requirements, and we'll work hard to find the best solution for you.
